Overview Dentist (Endodontics) PRN | Flexible Scheduling | 1-2 days/month What We Offer Our Endodontic Dental Providers Daily compensation of $1,000-$2,700 – structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production Flexible scheduling: 1-2 days per month, built around your existing dental practice CE opportunities through ADA C.E.R.P.-recognized programs No lab fees Company‑paid malpractice insurance 401(k) retirement plan Visa and Green Card sponsorship where applicable About This Dental Endodontics Opportunity We are actively seeking a dentist with significant hands‑on endodontic experience to join our dental team on a PRN basis. This role is open to dentists who perform root canal therapy and complex endodontic cases with confidence and skill. If you are a dentist with strong endodontic proficiency looking for a flexible PRN day, we provide the dental team, the technology, and the patients. Responsibilities Our dental practice has: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Dedicated dental assistants trained to support endodontic procedures Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training Dentist (Endodontics) responsibilities include: Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi‑canal cases Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high‑quality care Collaborate with our dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards Qualifications DDS or DMD from a CODA‑accredited dental program Demonstrated high‑volume endodontic experience as a dentist – confident managing complex, multi‑canal, and retreatment cases Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, age, citizenship, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
