Bilingual Patient Service Representative

-Job Duties-

*Answering a high volume of inbound calls (60-80 calls per

day) from patients, vendors, insurance companies, and medical facilities

*Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient

appointments via phone, SMS, and patient portal messages

*Screening and routing calls appropriately to ensure

patients are directed to the right departments

*Accurately registering patients and managing appointment

scheduling and follow-ups in the EMR system

*Must be bilingual in Vietnamese

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
