Salary: $25 - $29 / per hour Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Glouster, OH and Trimble, OH to work with adult and pediatric patients in their homes! Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS! Glouster Shifts Available: Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8am-4pm Nights: Sunday - Friday 8pm-8am Trimble Shifts Available: Days: Monday - Friday 10:30am-2pm Why Join Maxim:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
