Job Description Job Description NPORT Staffing is seeking compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities in Residential Independent Programs throughout Brooklyn and Staten Island. Position Responsibilities * Provide direct nursing care and health monitoring for residents. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Monitor vital signs and accurately document patient status. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and residential staff. * Assist with care planning and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines. * Support residents in maintaining independence, dignity, and personal goals. * Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies. Requirements * Active New York State LPN license. * Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented attitude. * Ability to work independently in a residential setting.
