Machine Operator / Production Worker (Entry-Level)

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Starting Pay: $16.00/hr

Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:30 AM 5:00 PM (Occasional mandatory Friday overtime)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working team player with a positive attitude to join our plastic manufacturing team. In this fast-paced role, you will learn to operate machines, run a CNC machine, and handle product assembly. We fully train you on every stepno prior machine operation, CNC, or programming experience is required!

We are seeking someone who brings energy, learns quickly, and actively wants to be part of a dynamic, hands-on production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Load raw plastic materials into heat-forming machines, manage the cooling cycle, and safely remove finished molds.
• Cutting & Fabrication: Use a band-saw and CNC machine to trim and shape plastic parts (training provided; troubleshooting required, no programming).
• Assembly & Gluing: Join finished plastic components using hot glue guns at a dedicated assembly station.
• Cross-Training: Learn and rotate across multiple stations, wearing different hats as production needs shift.

Requirements & Work Environment

• Experience: None neededjust a eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Workplace Conditions: Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment (can get warm during summer months). Must be comfortable with a fast physical pace.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance.

• Dress Code: Casual and comfortable (shorts, T-shirts, or pants). Closed-toe shoes required (steel-toe is not required).
• Safety: All required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided on-site.
