Lead Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Data Platforms

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management and leading complex technology programs in a large organization
• Strong program management skills, including risk mitigation and tracking issues across multiple workstreams
• Working knowledge of electronic trading and managed or proximity infrastructure solutions
• Knowledge of liquidity centers, colocation facilities, proximity infrastructure builds, and equities and fixed-income trading
• Experience in equity and fixed-income markets
• Experience managing contracts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to develop effective business solutions
• Strong decision-making skills, with transparent, timely communication and follow-through
• Excellent listening, writing, speaking, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Flexibility and a hands-on approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-stakes, client-focused, collaborative environment
• Comfort working in a heavily controlled environment

• Develop and deliver comprehensive project plans that account for technical requirements, resources, and timelines, supporting on-time delivery of technology solutions
• Use enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validate outputs, and handle information according to its sensitivity requirements
• Carry out core project management duties, including scheduling, status meetings, reporting, and presentations or briefings
• Maintain service-level reporting and tracking across platforms such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, and Clarity
• Lead or support the design, implementation, or operation of technology infrastructure, including compute, facilities, and networking
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, approvals, and delivery within budget
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers involved in infrastructure delivery, including hardware, managed services, and SmartHands
• Drive the delivery of complex technology projects and programs that support business goals across the firm
• Contribute to operational plans and risk management strategies, and support high-quality service delivery
