Position Summary

The Print Center Associate supports daily print production and mail center operations, ensuring print requests are completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard. This role provides excellent service to client, associates, and guests while working collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to build hands-on print production skills.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

·       Operate print shop equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.

·       Complete finishing work such as cutting, folding, binding, laminating, assembling, and packaging, as assigned.

·       Process and manage print requests through internal and third-party ticketing systems.

·       Review completed jobs for accuracy, quality, and compliance with request specifications before distribution.

·       Coordinate with vendors regarding supplies, equipment maintenance, and outsourced print jobs.

·       Support mail center operations, including shipping, receiving, and distribution.

·       Maintain an efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.

Secondary Duties

·       Assist with mail sorting and distribution as needed.

·       Provide responsive customer service for print- and mail-related questions.

·       Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

·       Help monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

·       Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·       High school diploma or equivalent required.

·       Experience with print finishing processes or equipment is helpful but not required.

·       Willingness and enthusiasm to learn print production, finishing, mail center processes, and equipment operation.

·       Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.

·       Ability to follow instructions, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively as part of a team.

·       Clear, professional communication and a customer-service mindset.

·       Basic computer skills and comfort learning ticketing or job-management systems.

·       Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
