Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Painter to join their team. As a Painter, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to high-quality paint operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Painter

Location: Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 / hour depending on experience

Shift: 2nd shift (5:30 am - 3:30 pm M - Th; (Possible OT on Fridays)

What's the Job?

• Safely perform all aspects of support for paint operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow established procedures, processes, and policies
• Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line
• Communicate effectively with material handlers and maintenance teams

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work with minors (under 18 years of age) – verbal request and notes required
• Willingness to follow safety rules and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
