This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for additional offers based on performance. Work the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6:45 pm, with opportunities for overtime depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Locate products in the warehouse, ensuring correct item, quantity, and condition.
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged items.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (forklift certification required).
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse leadership.
• Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferences

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or packing experience.
• Previous experience operating forklift equipment.
