We are seeking a professional Accounts Payable Temp to join a team in Liberty, SC . This is a full time, 3-4 month temporary position . The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Job Description:
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation (3-way match)
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements
- Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and production teams to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong understanding of invoice processing and 3-way matching
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- 100% ONSITE
Pay & Additional Information:
- $24-$25 hourly
- 3-4 month temporary assignment
