If you value professionalism, independence, and being part of a team that supports your success, we'd like to meet you.What We Offer:$34-$38 per hour based on experienceTake-home company vehicleLocal service area - no overnight travelMedical insurance 100% company paid for employee and familyDental and vision coverage available2 weeks of vacation accrued during your first yearOngoing technical training and career growth opportunitiesBreakfast team meetings and company eventsStable year-round workSchedule:Monday -Friday8:00 AM - 4:30 PMOccasional overtime as neededYour Responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment independentlyCommunicate repair options and recommendations clearly with customersProvide a professional, clean, and respectful customer experienceDocument completed work accurately through company softwareIdentify opportunities for maintenance agreements, indoor air quality solutions, and system replacementsMaintain an organized, stocked, and clean service vehicleQualifications:3+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial or residential)EPA Universal CertificationValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose electrical systemsExperience making repair vs. replacement recommendationsAbility to read schematics and wiring diagramsComfortable working independently while staying organizedAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsPreferred Experience:Commercial HVAC equipment troubleshootingAir balancing knowledgeScissor lift operationTrade school or industry certificationsExperience working with a variety of HVAC systemsDesire to mentor and support newer techniciansWhy Wright Heating and Cooling?While many HVAC companies are becoming part of larger corporations, Wright remains proudly family-owned and operated.
