- Responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties as outline in Post Orders
- Provide overall protection of client and company assets by performing interior and exterior patrols of premises regularly.
- Monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious behavior.
- Interacts with guests, clients, and employees in a professional manner while ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Interacts and communicates with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel as needed.
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment and security footage; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Investigates suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches.
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures; maintaining an activity log and preparing surveillance reports.
- Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
