If you're looking to grow your career, help others, and be part of a team that strives to do good every day, you'll fit right in with usKey Responsibilities:Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, emails, and other prospecting activitiesBuild and actively manage a pipeline of prospects, moving opportunities from initial contact through quoting, follow-up and closing.Consistently follow up with prospects, overcome objections, ask for the sale, and convert opportunities into new customers.Work with the team to identify sales opportunities, generate referrals, and maximize new-business production.Track prospecting activity, quotes, follow-ups, applications, and sales while maintaining accountability to established monthly production goals.Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.Qualifications:Competitive, self-motivated, and results-orientedComfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective customersConfident asking for the sale and handling objections.Persistent and able to maintain consistent follow-up after hearing "no" or "not yet".Coachable and comfortable being held accountable to measurable sales goals.Compensation $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
