Training Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and professional services industry, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for fostering continuous learning and development within a diverse environment. Job Title: Training Coordinator Location: Abbott Park, IL Pay Range: 28/hr on w2 What's the Job? Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, permissions, and roles. Ensure accurate assignment of courses, curricula, and certifications to support compliance and development goals. Support content lifecycle management, including uploads, version control, and retirement of learning materials. Generate reports on learning activity, compliance, and completion rates to inform decision-making. Act as the primary point of contact for LMS users and stakeholders, resolving support queries efficiently. What's Needed? 2-5+ years of experience administering an LMS or similar digital learning system. Experience in Learning & Development, HR systems, or digital learning environments. Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or Education. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and system processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. What's in it for me?
