Your Daily Role Will Involve:

• Supporting surgical operations by efficiently preparing and organizing the operating room
• Upholding sterile environments and following strict infection control standards
• Passing instruments and necessary supplies to surgeons and assistants
• Preparing and managing surgical tools and equipment before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring readiness for each surgery

• Maintaining accurate counts and essential documentation throughout procedures

Qualifications You Will Need:

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

Essential Certifications:

• Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is essential
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment)
