RN LTC Unit Manager - $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN LTC Unit Manager to lead our Long-Term Care (LTC) unit team at Mount Joseph at Waterville. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Role:

As a RN LTC Unit Manager , you will be responsible for the overall management of our LTC unit, including overseeing patient care, staffing, and operations. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans, conduct staff performance evaluations, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the LTC unit staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement unit goals and objectives
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning opportunities

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maine

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting

• BSN or degree in a related field
