Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Clarksville, TN, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and prior travel nursing experience.

Details

• 21-bed ICU in a hospital setting
• Patient population includes adults (18+) with conditions such as ARDS, pneumonia, cardiogenic shock, and alcohol/substance withdrawal
• Patient ratio of 1:2
• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
• Schedule is determined by the unit and must remain flexible to meet staffing needs; no block scheduling offered
• Weekend shifts are required
• Floating to Stepdown and ED as needed
• EMR: Cerner
• Navy scrubs required

Requirements

• Active TN RN license or compact RN license currently in hand at time of consideration
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are accepted, though a different pay rate applies for local candidates
• A video interview is required prior to a hiring manager offer
• Charge nurse duties are not required for this role
