Job Overview

Owensboro Health Medical Group in Owensboro, KY is seeking board‑certified or board‑eligible Otolaryngologists to join our hospital‑employed group. The practice focuses on general ENT services, with opportunities to subspecialize as desired and surgical privileges at our 477‑bed regional hospital.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive ENT care to a large referral base that includes over 230,000 primary care and 80,000 pediatric visits annually.
Perform surgeries and assist in subspecialty procedures as needed.
Contribute to the growth and development of the ENT practice.

Qualifications

Board‑certified or board‑eligible Otolaryngology.
Experience in general ENT practice and willingness to subspecialize.

Compensation & Benefits

$600,000 guaranteed base compensation for three years.
Immediate RVU productivity bonus potential.
$100,000 upfront bonus.
Student loan forgiveness and residency stipends.
$6,000 CME annually.
240 hours paid time off.
Full benefit and retirement packages.
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
