Key Responsibilities Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products. Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement. Maintain a tidy, organized store: keep the sales floor organized and stocked, and display products attractively. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer. Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high customer service standards. Seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance. Requirements & Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiastic, customer‑oriented approach.
