What We Offer Consistent full-time and part-time schedules Competitive pay: $17-$19/hour after training, with weekend shifts paying up $19-21/hour In addition to teaching in the pool, full time team members also get “dry hours” at our front desk and receive free in-house Lifeguard Certification to grow their skills.
