Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of home health experience required.
• Homecare Homebase EMR experience is required.
• NC State License required.
• Driver's License and proof of insurance required.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Scheduled Monday through Friday.
• No weekend rotation.
• No call requirement.
• Average travel is approximately 60-80 miles per day.
• Coverage area includes northern Charlotte and surrounding communities.
• 6 visits per day.
