Vice President of Strategic Administration - Corporate

Job Description

A fast-growing, privately owned real estate investment company is hiring a VP of Strategic Administration to join its executive leadership team and partner directly with the CEO.

What you’ll do:

\n
    \n
  • Turn strategic priorities into clear initiatives with owners, milestones, and deadlines
    • \n
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Accounting, HR, IT, and Legal
    • \n
  • Build and maintain a company-wide initiatives dashboard, and drive accountability and follow-through
    • \n
  • Coach and develop department leaders, and strengthen communication across teams
    • \n
  • Provide leadership and continuity for the team when the CEO is away
    • \n
\n

What we’re looking for:

\n
    \n
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including oversight of multiple corporate functions
    • \n
  • Experience partnering directly with a CEO
    • \n
  • A strong finance or accounting foundation and comfort with budgets
    • \n
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial or privately owned company
    • \n
  • Real estate, property management, or construction background a plus
    • \n
  • A relational, strategic, low-ego leader who drives results through influence
    • \n
\n
