Key Responsibilities Lead the team to complete necessary jobs and tasks, using good judgment and knowing when to involve management. Implement a strong turnover of work to the next shift. Identify opportunities to reduce aircraft turn time. Train and mentor technicians on assigned projects. Supervise team members in daily workload. Work independently on projects and lead multiple projects as assigned; schedule and quality control are essential. Perform general mechanical functions on aircraft and related systems, including removal/installation of panels and components, repair work, and sheet‑metal repair or installation. Diagnose and evaluate aircraft systems when designated. Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components when designated. Execute aircraft movement, performance runs, and taxiing when required. Maintain and repair shop facilities, equipment, and tooling to support operations. Collaborate with customers in project management, pricing, and support roles. Communicate effectively in English (speak, write, read). Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor or management. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Airframe and Powerplant license required. 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred. 4+ years in program‑specific airframes. Minimal supervision; ability to lead small groups in daily tasks.
