In this advanced clinical and leadership role, you will coordinate daily operations, oversee patient flow, and assign staff to ensure safe, efficient care. You will provide expert bedside nursing, support complex decision-making, and serve as a resource to the team. The Charge Nurse III mentors staff, promotes evidence-based practice, and champions quality, safety, and patient experience. Working within UCHealth’s collaborative, academic environment, you will help drive innovation, support continuous learning, and model our patient-first, team-focused culture.
