The position pays between $83,200.00- $125,500.00 depending on If you are licensed and if not, your experience will be considered. We are seeking an Intensive In-Community Therapist to join our team! You will provide clinical therapy services in in-community settings to caregivers and youth. (SUPERVISION AVAILABLE!!!)
***Its a plus to possess one of the following Clinical Licenses LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMFT-A***
(Trauma-Focused or mental health certifications a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with youth and families
- Strong leadership qualities
