Position Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic rehabilitation team in a hospital and outpatient clinical setting. This role involves treating patients across a variety of age groups and diagnoses, including orthopedic, inpatient/outpatient, wound care, lymphedema, and general rehabilitation populations.


Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with a variety of physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Assist with program development and department initiatives.
• Present educational in-services to therapy staff as needed.
• Support the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Deliver evidence-based care focused on positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in hospital, outpatient, or mixed-setting environments preferred.
