You’ll be instrumental in helping us build a call center that reflects our core values: Service, Integrity, and Excellence.Your responsibilities will include:Answering inbound calls from new and existing customersScheduling service appointments accurately and efficientlyDemonstrating empathy and professionalism with every interactionEducating customers on our services, including membership plansMaking outbound calls to support appointment setting and customer follow-upMeeting performance goals around call quality, bookings, and customer satisfactionWe’ll provide thorough training and coaching to ensure you feel confident and supported from day one.
