RN or LVN Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Day or Night Shift)

Missouri City, TX | Sugar Land, TX | Pearland, TX | Pasadena, TX

Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring compassionateRegistered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1-on-1 pediatric private duty nursing care in the home.

We offerday and night shifts, consistent cases, competitive pay, and strong clinical support. This role is ideal for nurses who value focused patient care, predictable schedules, and meaningful relationships with families.

Pay Rates

G-Tube / G-Button Cases

• LVN/LPN: $23.00 $24.00 per hour
• RN: $31.00 $34.00 per hour

Trach / Vent Cases

• LVN/LPN: $25.00 $28.00 per hour
• RN: $35.00 $38.00 per hour

(Rates vary by case complexity and experience)

What Youll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 020)
• Monitor vital signs and deliver safe, competent nursing care
• Follow and implement individualized plans of care
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team
• Educate and support families
• Complete documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas REQUIRED
• Pediatric experience preferred (private duty, home health, or similar)
• Current CPR certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist with patient transfers and medical equipment
