The advisor who manages their workload well, communicates clearly, and follows through without fail builds a book of returning guests that drives steady, compounding earnings over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage a high-volume repair order workload with accuracy and professionalism - writing ROs clearly, tracking progress across multiple active vehicles simultaneously, and communicating status to guests proactively

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process - from write-up through vehicle return - ensuring every interaction reflects genuine care and honest communication

• Translate technical repair findings into clear, confident guest communication - presenting recommendations honestly and obtaining authorization accurately

• Build precise estimates and commit to realistic timelines - then follow through on every commitment made

• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

• Maintain accurate DMS records and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of service advisor experience - required. Dealership service advisor experience strongly preferred

• Toyota or Lexus experience a meaningful plus - familiarity with Toyota service processes, TMS programs, and the brand's high-retention ownership base is an advantage from day one

• Proven ability to manage a high repair order workload with accuracy and composure - volume is real here and the advisor who thrives in it earns accordingly

• Strong customer service instincts - you communicate clearly, follow through without gaps, and earn guest trust through consistency rather than personality alone

• Organized and detail-oriented - accurate estimates, complete documentation, and on-time delivery are non-negotiable

• Comfortable with DMS platforms - Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
