Registered Nurse - Dialysis
Alpha Home Health and Hospice
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality dialysis care for patients with kidney disease. Responsibilities Deliver safe, comfortable dialysis treatments, including physical assessments and monitoring patients during procedures. Complete and document assessments, review medication profiles, and administer medications as ordered. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and appropriate staffing levels. Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, participating in staff meetings and continuing education. Qualifications & Skills Current nursing license in the applicable state. Ability to distinguish all primary colors. Preferred: one or more years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis. Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, support team coordination, ensure safety and compliance, and participate in ongoing education to improve patient outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Alpha Home Health and Hospice
