Die Vergütung liegt bei $19.00 – $19.50 pro Stunde. Es gibt 3 Plätze, eine kleine Gruppe von Teilnehmenden kann also ungefähr gleichzeitig anfangen, statt dass eine Person allein dazustößt.Gearbeitet wird 32+ Stunden pro Woche, das Programm läuft 12 Monate. Der Start ist so bald wie möglich, das Gasthotel sucht also jetzt Leute und hält keine Plätze für einen weit entfernten Termin frei. Die Unterkunft wird über das Gasthotel organisiert, damit ist der Teil des Umzugs, der die meisten am meisten beschäftigt, bereits geregelt.### Worin du ausgebildet wirstDas Gasthotel hat die Ausbildungsinhalte festgelegt. Sie liegen auf der Seite des Hauses, die direkt mit dem Gast zu tun hat, dort also, wo Systeme, Service und schnelles Reagieren zusammenkommen.* Empfang und Arbeit mit den Hotelsystemen* Reservierung und Gästebetreuung* Problemlösung und Umgang mit Konflikten* Teamarbeit und Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Abteilungen### Wie so ein Jahr üblicherweise aussiehtDas Folgende ist kein Versprechen des Gasthotels. Es ist das, was in diesem Bereich üblich ist, damit du weißt, was auf dich zukommt. In der Regel dreht sich der Tag um An- und Abreisen: Vormittag und später Nachmittag tragen den Druck, während die Mitte des Tages ruhiger ist und für Nacharbeit, Ablage und Vorbereitung genutzt wird.In den meisten Häusern dieser Größe bleibt man nicht das ganze Jahr auf einem Posten, sondern rotiert durch die Stationen, oft mit dem Einstieg über Reservierung oder Telefon und dann weiter an den Empfang selbst. Schichtarbeit heißt hier meist Wechsel zwischen Früh und Spät und einige Wochenenden, denn ein Hotel schließt nicht.Was Leute durch die ersten Wochen trägt, sind einfache Gewohnheiten: früher da sein, alles notieren, sofort nachfragen, wenn etwas unklar ist, und ruhig bleiben, wenn der Gast es nicht ist.
