Job Description Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Minimize equipment downtime through timely diagnostics and repairs. Partner with production teams to identify equipment issues and improve reliability. Document maintenance activities and update assigned work orders. Assist with installation and setup of new manufacturing equipment. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment. Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and equipment performance. Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree or maintenance certification preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
