High level of autonomy : OXARC trusts your sales expertise and you will enjoy a high level of autonomy in this role as you generate sales and expand business. Experience the best of both worlds : working for a local business with large‑company backing. Requirements 2-5 years sales experience. 2-5 years industry experience (preferred). Proven track record of accomplishments in closing deals and maintaining relationships. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong negotiation skills; confidently and aggressively seek new business. Flexible team‑oriented individual. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Decision making and problem‑solving capabilities. Occasionally be required to lift up to 70 pounds. Must be flexible with work hours depending on customer requirements and able to travel. Valid Driver’s License with good driving record. Must pass drug screen and background check. Responsibilities Call on prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer / supplier relationship. Solve customer problems/issues. Customer deliveries as required. Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner. Develop technical presentations for potential customers. Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of latest products and their applications, company activities, industry trends & government regulations. Establish sales goals with Branch Manager and Sales Manager. Manage existing accounts and increase market share according to established goals. Assist inside sales force and support staff as related to sales responsibilities.
