Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

We’re hiring board‑certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in‑home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Perform a medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation in the member’s home. Use a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation. Provide information and education but do not prescribe medication, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 each week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $80 per completed assessment). Increase your per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier*. Earn additional compensation via a pay‑per‑test model when a member qualifies for diagnostic and preventive tests. Shifts available Monday – Sunday (no nights or weekends required). Employment basis: short‑term or long‑term. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility). Malpractice coverage provided. Incentives based on weekly availability. Independent contractor (1099 status). Flexible schedule. Qualifications Board‑certified nurse practitioner.
