Director, Assistant General Counsel — Regulatory & Contracts

GLS is seeking a Director, Assistant General Counsel to provide expert legal support to the General Counsel on contract, litigation, and regulatory matters. You will act as a subject‑matter expert in consumer and automotive finance regulation and partner with business units to minimize risk and enable growth.

You will lead governance, policy development, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration with executives, compliance, and operations to drive strategic initiatives and ensure regulatory
