FPA is hiring motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our Fort Worth team as Customer Relation Associates .

This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing sales position where you will work directly with customers while representing established client brands.

You'll learn how to communicate with customers, understand their needs, explain products and services, support new customer acquisition, and create a positive overall experience.

No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, events, promotions, communications, or other people-focused environments , your skills may transfer well into this opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face in a professional and approachable manner
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and interests
• Explain client products, services, promotions, and available options
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Support customer acquisition, sales, and enrollment
• Answer questions and provide accurate information
• Build rapport and create a positive customer experience
• Represent established client brands professionally
• Work alongside your team to achieve daily sales and customer engagement objectives
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
• Develop stronger communication, sales, and leadership skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face

• Willingness to learn sales and customer acquisition

• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Reliable transportation
• Available for full-time, in-person work in Fort Worth

1+ year of customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.

Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, sales, promotions, events, communications, or similar customer-facing environments is a plus.

Paid Training & Professional Development
