Leasing Specialist — Drive Occupancy at a Vibrant Community

Greystar in Houston, TX is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage leasing, marketing, and renewal processes to hit occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, screen credit and background, and prepare leases and move-in packages. Applicants should have a valid driver's license, be able to stand and walk, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
