You’ll lead a team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees. Responsibilities Leading and developing the custodial team. Keeping the facilities clean and safe. Ensuring all building and public areas sparkle. Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements Exceptional cleaning skills. Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision. Passion for teaching and teamwork. Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast‑paced environment. Physical stamina for walking, standing, and twisting. Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (open 365 days). Compensation Team Leads start at $13/hour. Working Hours Theatre hours run from 9 AM to 11 PM.
