Description Of Work Perform receptionist duties such as answering the phone, filing, supply distribution, purchasing requests, greeting visitors, and taking/receiving messages for staff when necessary. Typing and completing memos, letters, spreadsheets and records. General office and equipment operation. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities / Management Preferences Ability to facilitate the flow of work and coordinate office support activities with other staff; maintain internal and external contacts for work coordination. Working knowledge of program services, policies and procedures. Working knowledge of data collection and storage to compile, assimilate, and organize printed and electronic information. Ability to utilize office equipment and other technology. Position Requirements This position is designated as mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather events. Minimum Education and Experience High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
