The role supports a 25-bed unit, requiring a strong background in progressive care or higher, with a focus on stroke and critical patient management. Job Details Position Description: The ICU Registered Nurse will deliver advanced patient care in a dual level of care setting, including telemetry, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Responsibilities include monitoring critically ill patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Required Qualifications: Two (2) years of progressive care or higher experience, valid Connecticut (CT) license, American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, NIHSS certification, Epic electronic medical record experience, and a current license to practice in the state. Schedule: Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
