Salaried Restaurant Manager – Jose Pepper’s Greater Kansas City Area, Locally owned and operated restaurant group is looking for a salaried restaurant manager with strong people skills, the ability to motivate and lead a team, and a passion for delivering outstanding face‑to‑face guest service. We own and operate multiple full‑service restaurants (including Jose Pepper’s and Cactus Grill) with more openings on the horizon. Our success is built on treating guests and team members with respect and kindness while delivering bold Tex‑Mex flavors, fresh classics, sizzling fajitas, and amazing service.
