Entry-Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll represent nonprofit and fundraising campaigns at events and community outreach programs. Responsibilities include:

• Engage with attendees, customers, donors, and community members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent  customer service and answer questions about campaigns, events, and fundraising initiatives.
• Communicate campaign information clearly and confidently.

• Work collaboratively with a team to meet event and campaign goals.
