Responsibilities: Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac patients on the telemetry unit, including assessments and monitoring. Administer cardiac medications and drips such as Amio, Diltiazem, Dopa, Dobutamine, Milirone, Lasix, and insulin. Perform procedures like cardiac catheterization, Pacer placements, ablations, and cardioversions. Monitor and respond to patient changes using telemetry equipment and bedside assessments.
