Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced  Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to join a warehouse team. This role is responsible for operating a stand-up reach to move, locate, stack, and stage products safely and efficiently within the warehouse. The ideal candidate has previous reach forklift experience and is comfortable working in a dynamic distribution environment.

Schedule :

(2nd Shift) Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm

(3rd Shift) Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a  stand-up reach forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Safely load, unload, stack, and stage products in designated storage locations.
• Pick and replenish inventory from high racking systems.
• Perform routine equipment safety checks and report any maintenance issues.
• Accurately track inventory movements using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as order picking, palletizing, and organizing inventory when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Have a valid OSHA forklift certification(Not Expired)
• Previous 2 years of experience operating a  stand-up reach forklift required.
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and maneuver equipment in narrow aisles.
• Experience using  RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
