IVs, PICC lines, Mediports, Central lines IV Antibiotics/Blood/ IVFArea there Tele monitors? If so do you have monitor techs on this unit? Do RN's read strips?NO Are RN's required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab?N/ADON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Darla Kuri is DON; Always a charge nurse in facility on 2W Manager is Wende Lightner; Clinical Coordinator is Ashley ConwayPhysician availability after hours Physicians available to be called 24/7Interdisciplinary Team: PT/OT/SLP, Pulmonary or Cardiac Rehab, Case Managers, Social Workers, Dieticians? PT, OT, ST, Social Services, Case Managers, Business Office, Dieticians, Pharmacist, Medical Records all on siteIs RT on-site 24/7Oxygen Therapy /Equipment (ie Cpap, Bipap, High Flow) NO Pharmacy on-site? Medication dispensing system?Pharmacist on site; medications received from hospital down the hillShifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling?
