Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries, updates, and renewals
• Process new insurance applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve service issues with professionalism
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy details, and available products
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system
• Support sales efforts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, client-first attitude with a passion for helping others
