Quick Lane Service Advisor

Job Location Fowler Ford - Tulsa, OK 74145 Job Overview Fowler Ford seeks an Automotive Quick Lane Service Advisor who can make customers feel welcome and confident that their needs are being met. The role blends exceptional customer service with accurate scheduling and acts as a liaison between customers and service technicians. Job Responsibilities Greets service department customers promptly and courteously. Listens to each customer and clearly articulates repair needs to technicians. Provides accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs. Adheres to dealership policy on customer vehicle care and operation. Follows up on each repair and keeps customers informed of progress. Inspects repair quality and ensures all work is complete. Notifies customers when vehicles are ready for pickup. Reviews and explains repairs and associated costs with customers and performs an active delivery. Handles minor customer concerns and complaints. Keeps the Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems. Maintains Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards. Requirements Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier.
