Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs and goals of clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and personal interviews.

• Engage in one-on-one therapeutic sessions addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, applying appropriate evidence-based techniques.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to improve relationship dynamics and communication, offering guidance and interventions that promote healing and understanding.

• Create and maintain detailed, personalized treatment plans, ensuring clear objectives and tailored interventions for each client’s unique situation.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in distress, including assessing risk and safety planning.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health awareness, coping strategies, and available resources, fostering a supportive environment for mental health management.

• Document all client interactions, therapy progress, assessments, and treatment plans in compliant, confidential records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Continuously engage with team members and participate in supervision and training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of counseling practices and client care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
