Non-IT Project/Program Manager II

Our client, a leading global asset management firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Non-IT Project/Program Manager II to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Investment Risk team, you will support critical functions related to liquidity risk oversight across diverse investment strategies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring success within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Investment Risk Analytics Specialist (Liquidity)

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $30 - $34/hr W2

What's the Job?
  • Assist with the administration of the firm's Liquidity Risk Management Program, ensuring risk modeling and reporting are accurate and aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Partner with the Chair of the Liquidity Risk Committee to develop agendas, document meeting notes, lead projects, and present on key liquidity risks across investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with client servicing teams to provide prospects, clients, and consultants with comprehensive liquidity risk information.
  • Work with the technology team to develop and implement enhanced capabilities, including programming and data visualization solutions.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders by delivering detailed reports, analysis, and monitoring of risk levels, contributing to regulatory compliance and modernization efforts.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, analytics, or risk management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
  • Operational mindset with attention to detail, process orientation, and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal skills capable of managing complex interactions and reconciling differing viewpoints.
