Key Responsibilities\n

  • Deliver tailored psychotherapy and mental health services to patients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in a hospice setting.

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform the treatment process.

  • Develop, implement, and modify evidence-based treatment plans that align with each patient’s specific needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

  • Regularly monitor patient progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and collaboration with other clinicians.

  • Provide psychoeducation and resources to patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health disorders, therapeutic options, and relevant community services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
